Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between the user ("you") and slotkaki ("platform", "us"). This Agreement governs the use of the website, application and all services offered by slotkaki.

"Platform" refers to the entire slotkaki ecosystem including the main website, gaming portal, payment system and official communication channels. "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account on this platform.

Each individual is allowed to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts may result in all involved accounts being frozen and balances withheld pending the completion of an investigation. slotkaki reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of a valid identification card or MyKad.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

slotkaki supports various payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or equivalent.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM10. For withdrawals, the minimum amount that can be processed is RM50. Approved withdrawals will be credited to the user's account within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

All withdrawal requests are subject to compliance checks and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. slotkaki reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

• Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method or a method registered under the same account name.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account details provided are accurate. slotkaki is not responsible for loss of funds resulting from incorrect information.
• Any charges or additional fees imposed by payment providers are entirely the user's responsibility.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by slotkaki are subject to specific wagering requirements. Users must understand and fulfil these requirements before making any bonus-related withdrawal request.

The slotkaki Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match of up to RM1,500 on your first deposit. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your balance to RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 to be met before the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM3,200, the maximum bonus of RM1,500 will be given bringing the balance to RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

• Each promotion has its own expiry date. Bonuses not used before the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• slotkaki reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse, including bonus arbitrage or shared use across multiple accounts, will result in the bonus being cancelled.

Game and Betting Rules

All games offered on the slotkaki platform — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, sportsbook and esports — are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) or managed by licensed software providers.

Users agree that game results are final once accepted by the system server. In the event of a technical disruption during a game, slotkaki will resolve any dispute based on valid server records. Server records are considered conclusive evidence.

• Users are not permitted to use any external software, automated bots or methods designed to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• slotkaki reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of technical errors, incorrect price displays or other unusual circumstances.
• Each game has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may change from time to time without prior notice.
• In sports betting, displayed odds are subject to change until the bet is confirmed by the system.
